Our Unique Process

Custom Hand-Dyed Outer Shell

Every product begins with a full-grain, natural Indian leather outer layer. We hand-dye the leather, allowing clients to choose a base color that resonates with their personality and style. This bespoke touch ensures that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Refined Interior Finish

For the inner layers, we use premium finished leather. This balance of natural and refined materials brings durability, comfort, and elegance together in harmony.

Burnished Flesh Side & Edges

We treat the flesh side with Tokonole, a Japanese burnishing compound that smooths and strengthens fibers. The edges are beveled and burnished, giving a clean and polished finish that lasts.

Eco-Friendly Adhesives

All layers are bound using water-based adhesives, making our process safer and environmentally responsible.

Strong, Durable Stitching

We use braided polyester threads for their superior strength and resistance to wear, ensuring every stitch is precise and lasting.

Premium Indian Leather
